SHIPPING & RETURNS
Bam Machine will attempt to provide a tracking number and ship all stock items not requiring FFL transfers within 2 business days of order and once payment has been processed. In some cases, stock item orders may take up to 7 business days to ship and receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of stock item orders, please email email@example.com with your order number.
Orders requiring FFL transfers will not ship until Transferring Dealer emails a copy of their license to Bam Machine. NFA items will ship once ATF eForm 3 to transfer/ship to Transferring Dealer is approved (+/- 10 business days for approval).
Your extreme patience will greatly be appreciated in the rare case that your order becomes “stuck” while in transit. It will be at the sole discretion of Bam Machine if and/or when an order is consider lost in transit and any refund amount of the order will be issued.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Thank you for your purchase. If you (customer) are not completely satisfied with the purchase of any stock item for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. This does not apply to any made-to-order items. Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns and all sales for these items are final.
Returns will only be accepted if they are initiated within 10 days of receipt of order, so please inspect your order immediately. Returns are only available for items in new, unused, and unaltered condition and must include any original packaging and/or labels. If Bam Machine (seller) determines a return is not in new condition, has been used, altered, or missing any original packaging and/or labels, no refund will be granted and item(s) will only be returned to customer once customer prepays return shipping.
To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you would like to return. If you feel you received a defective product, an item damaged in shipping, or an incorrect item, please note that as well.
Please wait until you receive an email confirmation with return instructions prior to sending any item back.
Customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Customer assumes all liability for return shipping damages, and it is highly recommended to utilize trackable and insured shipping methods when shipping a return. Any returns received with obvious shipping damage will not be refunded by seller and customer will be required to negotiate with customer’s shipping provider to receive any form of recourse for compensation. Any items damaged in return shipping will only be returned by seller to customer once customer prepays return shipping.
Within 30 days of receipt of return, seller will issue customer a refund for the price of the item(s) at time of purchase, less any original shipping costs and less a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the price of the item(s) at time of purchase.
If seller determines that a return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item was sent, seller will provide a return shipping label at our expense for return of the item. If the originally ordered item is in stock at time return is received, customer will have the option 1) to have a new/correct item resent to them at no charge or 2) to receive a full refund for the item including any shipping charges and no restocking fee will apply. If the originally ordered item is out of stock at the time return is received, customer will simply be issued a full refund for the item including any shipping charges and no restocking fee will apply.

If order cancellation request is received and authorized prior to any shipping label being created for order and order has not shipped, then within 30 days of an order cancellation request, seller will issue customer a refund for the price of the item(s) at time of purchase plus cost of any shipping costs charged to customer, less a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the price of the item(s) at time of purchase. Order cancellation requests received after a shipping label has been created for order will not be authorized and will be subject to all return policies listed above.
Pre-shipping order cancellations and post-shipping order returns are accepted for stock items not requiring an FFL transfer. Order returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery of item(s) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Returned items must be in unused / unopened condition. Pre-shipping order cancellations and post-shipping order returns for stock items not requiring an FFL transfer will be refunded the original purchase price of the actual item less a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges to or from Customer are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Items requiring FFL transfers are eligible for returns for 2 days after being delivered to Transferring Dealer. Items transferred into Customer's name on a Form 4473 or initiated on a Form 4 will not be eligible for return. Transferring Dealer must contact Bam Machine that an item is being returned by emailing email@example.com with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. NFA items being returned must have an ATF eForm 3 filed within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be in unused / unopened condition. Pre-shipping order cancellations and post-shipping order returns of items requiring FFL transfers will be refunded the original purchase price of the actual item less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges to or from Transferring Dealer are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Custom made products are not eligible for pre-shipping order cancellations or post-shipping order returns.
Products returned that have clearly been used, opened, and/or damaged in-transit will not be refunded for any amount of the purchase price. These items will be returned back to the Customer only after arrangements and payment for shipping have been made by Customer.
