Dealers can gain a sales advantage by providing their customers with head-to-head comparisons of popular models they carry.  By having your silencers metered on the same day, with the same gun, same ammo, and same sound meter you can eliminate how much these variables are affecting manufacturer's published numbers.  Help your customers make a better informed purchase decision and reduce the anxiety most customers have about buying "the best."

Smaller manufacturers not yet ready to make the investment in sound metering equipment can send in different variations of designs to help choose the best performing options for a production model, all while obtaining real numbers to boost confidence from buyers.

Testing done will be in accordance with MIL-STD 1474D using a Bruel & Kjaer 2209 Sound Meter and Bruel & Kjaer 4136 Microphone.  A spreadsheet report with readings of all shots fired along with useful averages will be provided.  Minimum recommendation is 5 rounds unsuppressed at-muzzle per host and 5 rounds at-muzzle per silencer.
