Clicking "Submit Payment" will open a new window for Bam Machine's secure, offsite 2nd Amendment Friendly credit card processor.

Orders properly submitted with payment will be emailed a paid invoice as confirmation of order receipt within 24 hours (allow for extended confirmation times for orders placed on weekends and holidays).

Orders submitted without payment will be sent a payment reminder, but will be canceled after 24 hours if no payment is received.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All silencers are made to order and subject to the "Current Lead Time" posted at the top of this page, unless listed as "In Stock" at the top of this page.

Day 1 of lead time begins the day after payment is received and ends once ATF eForm 2 has been filed.

Lead time does not include additional time required for ATF processing of eForm 2 and 3 or in-transit time for shipping.

Silencers listed as in-stock ship as soon as ATF eForm 3 is approved. Occasionally in-stock items may sell out before website is updated. In this case, customer will have the option to cancel their order or wait for their order to be manufactured subject to lead time.

Customer will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund or continue to wait if lead time is exceeded for a made-to-order silencer.

Customer must notify Bam Machine via email of their wish to cancel an order if lead time is exceeded, otherwise the order will stay in place and ship as soon as available.

Order cancellation/refund requests will not be granted for any reason on made-to-order silencers if lead time has not been exceeded and/or once ATF eForm 2 has been filed.

In-stock orders may be canceled and refunded prior to ATF approval of eForm 3, but will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Customer is responsible for verifying that any Transferring FFL is also a Special Occupation Taxpayer (SOT) before placing any order.

Bam Machine does not ship silencers to FFL's that are not also SOT's.

Customer is responsible for verifying that Transferring FFL performs transfers for online silencer purchases before placing any order.

Customer is responsible for any Transfer Fee charged by Transferring FFL and paying any such fee directly to Transferring FFL.

USPS tracking number will be emailed when order ships. Should order get stuck in transit, Customer is required to wait at least 30 days from first date of shipment for USPS to deliver package. Refunds for orders stuck/lost in transit will only be granted after the 30-day wait period.
